How do I redownload a game?

RealNetworks tracks your order history so you can redownload any games you've purchased. Most of the time, you'll only need to redownload games if:

1. You've purchased a new computer and are installing RealArcade for the first time
2. You've upgraded your old computer and reinstalled the operating system
3. You previously chose to uninstall your games
4. You're upgrading from an older version of RealArcade

If you do need to redownload your games, follow these steps:

1. Use your web browser to visit www.realarcade.com, or visit the site by double-clicking your RealArcade desktop shortcut.


2. Click the "MyAccount" link in the upper-right hand corner of any page on the RealArcade.com website.


3. A new page will open and ask you to sign in to your account. Sign in using the email address and password you set up when you bought your games or signed up for GamePass.


4. On the next page, you will see a list of all of your RealNetworks accounts. Scroll down the page and find "RealArcade Games". Next to that, you will see a link to "Redownload My Games". Click the link.


5. Next, you will see a list of all of the games you've bought from RealArcade. Find the game that you want to download and click the link that says "Click here to redownload". You're almost there!


6. One more page will open with the text "Download the license key to unlock your game". Click the "Unlock" link. The RealArcade Game Downloader and Installer will start and your game download will begin. Once your game download is complete, you can play your game or return to RealArcade.com to continue looking for new games.

First time using RealArcade on a new computer? If this is the first time you're using RealArcade on a new computer, or if you've reinstalled your operating system, you may need to install the RealArcade software before you can redownload your games. To do this, just visit RealArcade.com and download any new game from our site. The RealArcade software will be automatically installed along with the game. Then you can follow the steps above to redownload games you previously purchased.

Note to Google Chrome and Firefox users - If you use Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser, you will need to install a browser plug-in in order to see your games on the MyGames page. To install the plug-in, visit MyGames on www.realarcade.com, and follow the instructions you'll find there.

Don't own a game but want to redownload it? If you want to redownload a game that you've not yet purchased, you can do so by visiting the game's web page and clicking on the "Download Free" button.
